1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the use of Casinoways.com, including all games, services, and software. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

We may update these T&Cs at any time. Changes take effect once published, but they will not apply retroactively to promotions. Players should check the latest version before claiming bonuses or placing bets. If any discrepancy arises between language versions of these T&Cs, the English version prevails.

2. Player Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal details when registering.
  • The minimum age to open an account is 18 years old.
  • Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
  • Players from restricted countries cannot register or play. It is your responsibility to comply with local gambling laws.
  • If multiple players share a computer (e.g., in dormitories), they should contact support before registering.
  • Inactive accounts (12 months of no activity) may be charged a €10 monthly fee until the balance reaches zero.
  • Players can recover inactive funds by logging in and making a withdrawal request.

Account Verification

To verify your account, we may ask for:

  • A recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) with your name and address.
  • Verification of your payment method if needed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are processed once all verification steps are complete.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is €20, except for bank transfers, which require €100.
  • Withdrawals for players using Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay can only be made via bank transfer.
  • Processing time is usually 1-3 business days after verification.
  • A monthly withdrawal limit of €15,000 applies (€6,000 per week, €2,000 per day). Higher limits may be available for VIP players.
  • Winnings of €100,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly installments of 10% each.
  • Withdrawals may be denied if verification is incomplete or if fraud is suspected.

4. Responsible Gaming

  • Players can set limits on deposits, wagering, or time spent in their accounts.
  • Self-exclusion options are available for temporary or permanent account closure.
  • Players who self-exclude should ensure they also do so for any sister sites they use.

  • Players must make a minimum deposit of €20 before withdrawing no deposit bonus winnings.

Bonus Abuse & Restrictions

  • Using strategies to exploit promotions may result in bonus removal and account restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to deny bonuses to players who abuse promotional offers.
